We typically have your items shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery. We can ship to P.O. Boxes and domestic APO/FPO addresses. 

 

We are only shipping to United states at this time.

Return Policy: General Products (excluding live plants)

We value our customers. You may return any unused item in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling).

Please include your packing slip with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Returns Policy - Live Plants:

 

Before shipment, each plant is freshly watered and fertilized to ensure its health upon arrival. Due to the nature of many of our plant products, please understand that we cannot be responsible for extreme weather nor for the health of a plant once it is out of our care.

 

 

 

Damaged Items and Plants:

 

If an item you receive is damaged, missing, or defective, please notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT . If we have made an error, we will correct it immediately and pay for any shipping charges incurred. Please send an email to sales @modernplants.com to arrange the return or replacement of a defective item. Items must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or exchange.

 

 

 

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package:

 

Because of the perishable nature of our products, shipments to incorrect current addresses will void any Modern Plants guarantees.
